CURRENT Patients can sign up for their own login and password to access account information, pay online, and view unfinished dental treatment. (You must be an existing patient first.) Please contact us if you need assistance.
NEW Patients can fill out their registration forms online anytime. Please complete these forms prior to your first appointment with us. If you need assistance, please call us. (You will need to have an appointment already scheduled to proceed.) If you don't, please call us to schedule first.

We make available at our office those health care products designed for specific applications so that you don’t have to travel from pharmacy to pharmacy to find them. Many of these aren't even available in pharmacies or have to be special-ordered. We're always updating with new products that provide the latest and best therapeutic benefit. Dr. Deems or either dental hygienist may make recommendations as your condition warrants.
